Dunedin has welcomed Grant Robertson in his role as the new Vice Chancellor of Otago Uni. He's a sensible man with a good heart.

But what's this? Grant is hawking a proposal for the Uni to set up a Queenstown campus, *including* accommodation. No costs have been mentioned.

Otago Uni has recently laid off a lot of staff and closed some departments. Is this the right time to be looking at expensive expansions?
