Polish Minister of National Defense Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz announced at a press conference that the object that fell in Osiny, Łuków County, was a Russian drone. He emphasized that this was yet another Russian provocation.
Also present at the press conference was Major General of the Polish Armed Forces Dariusz Malinowski, who stated that preliminary assessments indicate the object that exploded was a "so-called decoy".

Police received reports of crash around 2 am & found burned metal & plastic debris at the scene near village of #Osiny.
As a result of the explosion, windows were broken in some houses but nobody was injured, PAP reported.
Poland’s Defence Minister Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz confirmed the drone was Russian.
The unmanned aircraft had a #Chinese engine installed.
