The General Union is writing this petition to the Osaka District Court to confirm the status of 2 General Union members working at Osaka University as employees and to direct the University to convert their contracts to unlimited-term employment contracts. ゼネッルユニオンは、大阪大学に勤務する組合員2名の従業員としての地位の確認と、無期雇用契約への転換を大阪大学に命じるよう、大阪地方裁判所に要請を行なっています。 In 2021, two longtime Osaka University part-time lecturers were unjustly denied unlimited term employment contracts, with the university calling them "independent contractors." After fruitless negotiations, the members filed a lawsuit in August 2022 to confirm employee status, backed by the General Union. 2021年、大阪大学で長年非常勤講師を務めていた2人が、大学側から "個人事業主 "として無期雇用契約を不当に拒否されました。交渉は不調に終わり、組合員は2022年8月、ゼネラルユニオンの支援を得て、雇用関係の確認を求める訴訟を起こしました。 This case impacts part-time university lecturers nationwide facing precarious employment.
