This one started in a late Friday session with a theme that didn't end up in the final piece, but which set the time signature as 6/4. Three tracks of PureSalem Mendiola, no inline effects, bit of convolution reverb, and the usual compression/eq/limiting on the stereo mix. If there was a challenge with this one, it was editing this down--the slow tempo makes for some long sections. (In retrospect, maybe I shouldn't have cut quite so much.) The title comes from the prominence of Vermilion peak in Colorado: 642m.
