Most organizations get faster and still don’t learn faster because production speed isn’t learning speed.
Today I’m publishing the Work–Feedback Loop (v1.0) - a diagnostic lens for organizational learning capability.
It asks one question: Can real-world effects change future work fast and safely?
Quick check: Which state best describes your system right now — Actionism, Frustration, Stagnation, or Learning?

A 12-month roadmap is presented. Everyone nods. Later someone says quietly: “We both know the plan won’t hold, but our processes require it.”
This happens more often than we admit. The roadmap isn’t primarily a learning tool but often a budgeting tool.
Funding requires commitments, and commitments require structured plans. Once capital is allocated, deviation becomes friction.

In many corporations, a new Product Owner starts by cleaning up the backlog. Stories are rewritten. Priorities are reshuffled. Transparency improves.
