Large big tech companies with thousands of engineers (humans) WILL LOSE To nimble companies with a few dozen AI agent supervisors This is the way 🤷

“You never want to kick down the door and tell people their couch is ugly.”
Fresh starts are powerful. They’re also fragile. You don’t get many of them.
The real question isn’t “Should I change things right now?”
It’s “What’s the smallest thing I can change that actually sticks?”
I’ve done this Agile thing for over ten years. When transformations fail and leadership fires the Scrum Masters, the only things that survive are the small changes that actually took root. The habits. The conversations. The bits of safety people learned to trust.
My goal stopped being “getting it right” a long time ago.
Now it’s making progress that outlasts me.

The Real AI Bottleneck Is Organizational Reinvention, Not Computing Power - Data & AI Business Design Community

In my many lectures, trainings, and workshops on AI strategy & transformation, I repeatedly return to a topic that is not on the agenda: design…

Data & AI Business Design Community

🤖 AI isn’t just a technology problem, it’s an organizational one. MIT Sloan argues that CIOs and CTOs are maxed out running systems while AI demands leaders who can manage human behavior, culture, and change. However, this isn't anything new. We've had to do it many times before. But, according to MIT, they propose the Chief Innovation and Transformation Officer (CITO), part strategist, part psychologist, part technologist. The AI shift is exposing a leadership gap: most companies can deploy models, but few can rewire mindsets. The new frontier isn’t automation, it’s integration between human capability and machine intelligence.

🧠 AI needs cultural leadership
🏢 CIOs lack bandwidth for transformation
🚀 CITO = strategy + psychology + tech
🤝 Human + AI collaboration is the real challenge

Why AI Demands a New Breed of Leaders

Today’s organizations need tech leaders who can also take on the cultural and change management challenges of AI.

Bi-Directional Accountability: The Leadership Shift Most Organizations Avoid

Most organizations enforce one-way accountability. The CBC framework flips that, making commitments mutual, visible, and enforceable. In CBC, ambiguity is a leadership failure, and credibility comes from delivering results — not titles.

Leadership Without the Bullsh*t
Scapegoat or Lead 10/10
Facing the mirror is hard—but necessary. Leadership that reflects, learns, and adapts inspires growth instead of blame. 💡
