What does power-over, power-under, and power-with actually look like — in organizations and in ourselves?

Join us for an honest conversation about sociocracy and personal transformation. We'll explore how governance structures surface our inner struggles with power — and what it takes to shift from complaint to agency, from isolation to collective action.

Two practitioners will share what they've actually learned: about impatience, about holding your own power alongside others' fear, about the gap between rules and relationship.

"… organizational plasticity as the key variable. #Productivity growth depends on a firm’s capacity to convert task-level gains into system-level throughput, and that capacity in turn depends on whether work is legible, processes are modular, task routing is substitutable, and managers have the authority to redesign workflows. Where those conditions are absent, #AI saves individuals time without changing what the firm produces."

“You never want to kick down the door and tell people their couch is ugly.”
Fresh starts are powerful. They’re also fragile. You don’t get many of them.
The real question isn’t “Should I change things right now?”
It’s “What’s the smallest thing I can change that actually sticks?”
I’ve done this Agile thing for over ten years. When transformations fail and leadership fires the Scrum Masters, the only things that survive are the small changes that actually took root. The habits. The conversations. The bits of safety people learned to trust.
My goal stopped being “getting it right” a long time ago.
Now it’s making progress that outlasts me.
