It had been nothing but heavy pouring rain and thunderstorms all week, and carried into the weekend, so @sebalicious and I decided to take the opportunity to make an intimate and romantic dinner with wine date indoors. We made the most PERFECTLY AND DELIOUSLY cooked Pesto Baked Salmon, with free homemade pesto, and paired with a mouthwatering Puttanesca made with orecchiette that we had spent the morning making and drying for the dish.
