I agree. I'm not whining about it, but the #OrangeDude and his minions have caused me and mine great distress. Who wants to live in a nominal #Pluralistic #Democracy where a powerful minority persecutes anyone who is not of their tribe?!
There is a "behind the curtain" aspect to much of this… example: The assault on #books and #publicschools is really intended to #enshitify public education to the point we disband it in favor of for-profit and religious organizations.
The "if one parent objects" then the book is banned, the curriculum diluted, and the good teacher driven out — is nothing but legal #vigilantism!
