Today I’m experiencing a lot of pain in my joints due to the diazepam I took last night to help me sleep. Days 2 & 3 are usually the hardest, but it feels like I really set myself up to fail today.
Mobility is difficult bc my knees, ankles & foot joints are not stable, but I went for a walk this morning anyway. I’m used to these joints hurting regularly, just usually not this much 😬
