Let's look at the motivation for #Trump to agree with the #Taliban, and release 5000 imprisoned fighters.

Was it to massage Trump's ego? Probably not.

Was it a promise from the Taliban that they'd allow a peaceful exit of US and Western forces and equipment from Afghanistan. Could Trump and Mike #Pompeo be that stupid?
