as far as i'm concerned "Dungeons & Dragons" should be a genericized trademark

brassiere, escalator, aspirin, trampoline, etc. these words were all trademarks at one point but lost their meaning because what they described was a large body of products all called the same thing "generically"

Farewell, #OGL. It was nice while it lasted.

Thanks to #Paizo for effort moving forward with the Open RPG Creative License which will likely supplant the OGL1.0(a) in the RPG industry in addition to all of the other indie RPG licenses out there.
