Foi muito especial lá. Tinha muios palestrantes internacionais e eles todos daram a palestra em Inglês com intérpretes simultaneos para o pessoal ouvir em português. Eu estava o único internacional não utilizando os intérpretes, nem para dar as minhas palestras/tutoriais, nem para assistir as palestras de Brasileiros ...
Isso tudo me lembra quando eu participava no FISL, não me lembro exatamente, pode ser em 2003 e 2004, e eu dei tutoriais sobre CUPS em Português, com a sala superlotada, pessoal assistindo em pé, os organizadores me daram 3 PCs (cada um com monitor CRT) e 2 impressoras para demonstrações de impressão em rede ...
Em um destes 2 anos tinha também Jon Maddog Hall lá ...
E tinha churrascos deliciosos ...

It is a bug in CUPS, as, with CUPS generally accepting and preferring UTF-8, it should also accept UTF-8 in the "Description" and "Location" fields.
