Bryan HaskinA fun little project this last weekend! Mainly a good excuse to practice some CAD work.
It's a 7" touchscreen with a raspberry pi 4 running open plotter and openCPN. It's a prototype for the head unit for my navigation station on my boat.
The final one will likely be a 10" touchscreen. Not waterproof, but water resistant. And then likely a waterproof android tablet for the cockpit.
I will likely use the prototype in the vbearth for keeping an eye on things.

Jan Dytrychπ¨πΏπΊπ¦Instalation of boat system based on #SignalK and @skipperapp on my friend's boat. All is working and is almost ready. He did a great job integrating #Waveshare displays into the dashboard. The system is based on a single @Raspberry_Pi CM4 module and running #OpenPlotter image.
