Open Food Facts bei FOSDEM
Die Open Food Facts-App finde ich ziemlich praktisch. Man kann ganz komfortabel und schnell herausfinden, welche Produkte den eigenen Ernährungswünschen entsprechen und welchen Einfluss sie auf die Umwelt haben. 🌱
In einem Vortrag auf der FOSDEM wird sie am Sonntag um 11:40 Uhr ausführlicher vorgestellt. Kann man auch im Livestream anschauen.

Gerade wenn man auf gesunde Ernährung oder auch Allergene achten muss, ist die App eine Erleichterung. Hat man erst einmal seine Grundeinstellungen erledigt, sieht man mit einem Blick, ob das Produkt im Einkaufswagen landet oder nicht. Fehlt ein Produkt oder fehlen einzelne Angaben, kann man das selbst ergänzen. 🛒
Die App ist übrigens direkt auf der Webseite von Open Food Facts herunterladbar. 🚀
Mittlerweile sind viele Produkte durch ein Vegan-Symbol, das V-Label oder einen entsprechenden Schriftzug gekennzeichnet. Das ist sehr hilfreich. Es gibt aber auch eine Fülle an Lebensmitteln, denen du nicht sofort ansiehst, dass sie vegan sind.
