Perhaps a little late for #Screenshotsaturday (maybe even for #screenshotsunday in this timezone?) but here we go... a little fiddling with #Openbox

The applet icons in the panel are still a little glitchy, but I like how this rice is turning out so far. I was aiming to reproduce the Win7/8 early 2010s feel more or less.

Dock is the super minimal #plank (oh my, how I miss those Cairo dock + Compiz days!)

Still a lot of work to do. Openbox produces some odd inner border. Left, right, bottom, but I still can’t remove it.

@regendans Interesting! So Noctalia is a window manager? I hadn't heard about it, but it seems there's quite a lot happening with it. There's no entry for it on the #ArchWiki, surprisingly.

I've been using #Labwc on my old #Thinkpad as a lightweight #KDE alternative, which is pretty nice too. An #Openbox alternative for #Wayland.
