OK, after a crappy customer service experience and some concerns over privacy I'm on the hunt for a Zoom replacement.

Best would be something that emulates their 'Webinar' mode, i.e. allowing hosts and presenters to share video/sounds/screens, etc, while the audience engages via a text chat mechanism.
