Teach Media Literacy with film! Just in time for back to school, we're launching new resources to help you prepare students with critical thinking skills and an informed understanding of social media and disinformation.

Our newest film guide for And So It Begins features a section on Journalism, Disinformation, and Social Media. It explores how social media and disinformation can create fragmented versus shared social constructions of reality that affect politics and everyday people. This section includes questions for discussion, writing, or personal reflection, as well as extension activities, an online quiz, and additional resources. It's a great teaching tool to get students thinking critically about how online media affects them and their world! 1/2
