How’s the upstreaming using the Linux next branch going?
👷 Rebasing and testing patches is going great! We’ve got the basic functionality working on #OnePlus6 and #OnePlus6T (though it’s still unstable).
👀 Many patches have been sent upstream for maintainer review.
❗Some patches in the -next tree are still causing trouble.
📈 But bisecting is pretty efficient now, so we’ve already reported the issues we’ve found in -next to the devs.

Not sure if any of the #mobilelinux people have seen it but looks like theres a new mobile linux distro out there with a new custom UI built on QT6 inspired by the blackberry days. It seems like a nice UI design, quickly ran on my PT2. Its immutable and looks like its enabling PREEMPT_RT to reduce latency in the UX. So far it looks like its only been tested on a #OnePlus6 but hopefully theres more and hopefully its shell makes it up to #postmarketos directly
This might have been one of the craziest bike rides in Lisbon I have done so far.
It was not the longest, but from dirt trails in areas with abandoned buildings and factories in the east part of the city.
Ramps with insane inclination. And going down hill in some places that you had to really trust your breaks to be willing to go down hill there.😜
