Yesterday's ups and downs:

Getting bad but very enjoyable because of the large amount of caramel syrup involved coffee to go at a large American chain with 1,2,3,4 by Feist in the background.

Getting bad, but at least it has caffeine coffee at the office pantry with a coworker talking about the importance of maritime and natural law with regards to personhood and the corporate identity of you the goverment uses in the background.

You know you're getting old and cranky when, on your way home, walking through the Utrecht Central Station hall towards your bus stop, you pass a pop up store called Upfront, containing some young people, two refrigerators and a counter in a slick interior, but no real clues as to what they're selling or is going on otherwise and your first thought is: "Could someone explain this to me so I can tell why it is bullshit? Because it looks like bullshit".
