Ich glaube, ich werde die Tage bei der Krankenkasse anrufen, ob wir die Omnipod-Versorgung nicht vorzeitig beenden und auf ne andere Pumpe wechseln können, ansonsten passiert das halt im Herbst. Aber ich finde den Pod meinen Alltag behindernd, dazu ist Insulet nicht gerade eine vertrauenserweckende Firma, die gesamte Story mit denen muss ich glaube ich mal später hier in einen Thread erzählen.

We had a lot of problems with the Android 15 upgrade. It's possible to delay the upgrade for a while, but eventually Google forces it.
Previously, we were able to rely on the non-phone Dexcom receiver for reliable sensor changes, but recently changed to #omnipod 5. Since the g7 sensor can only be paired to 2 devices at once, the receiver had to be retired, so the sensor can be paired to phone for tracking, and pod for closed-loop adjustments.

Finns det nån här som har nån erfarenhet... eller det är väl bara att testa antar jag. De är väl rätt dyra oxå så gissar att avdelningen inte skulle förskriva saker som inte funkar

I completely agree with you and absolutely despise that we have to share everything about our diabetes w/ third parties that use our information for money. It's horrible.
I had to make the decision as well. Even with a reader, you're sharing information. It's all linked to something. But with the dexcom #CMG and the #omnipod 5 pump, for the first time in over a decade, my A1C was below 7! Got down to 6.6
Confirmed: several sharp hammer blows on an old #Omnipod Dash will indeed silence it. Not sure why some of them freak out and alarm continuously after being disconnected and discarded. The disconnect of the old pod is built-in to the pod change process, and they usually go quietly.
It really did take quite a few blows on the adhesive covered circuit board side, against a concrete floor. Quite a tough little device.
