Is it wrong for me to feel upset that the lobster roll I ordered from the local food hall has Old Bay on it? That when I say I want it Connecticut style with butter, they give me Maryland Style, when lobster rolls aren't a thing in Maryland?

I know I’m getting old when I can resolutely make a decision at work that might have been considered outlandish early in my career in the 90s, that people both senior and junior to me nod and agree with, without question.

And when something unexpected happens that would have impacted us had I been more conservative, I get told, “Your plan even included that, didn’t it?” Yup. It did.
