bsmall2Got the epiphany to push down the edges in the center before baking an Okara Carrot cake. While trying to get at least 30 slices the top edge of the center tends to crumble a lot. Others also seem to enjoy eating a handful of crumbes but it's nice to get competent-looking slices too.
