Haven't posted for a while as I've not been getting out and about much lately...but today I managed a nice 8km walk over #OgmoreDown to #Southerndown and back along #OgmoreBySea #Beach. Great day for it, dry and sunny and not too cold

Another grey day in South #Wales today, but managed a quick #DogWalk down the #Ogmore #River to #OgmoreBySea, Plenty of #Gulls and #Stonechat around, a good view of #TuskerRock and a happy #GoldenRetriever
Cassie the #GoldenRetriever was extremely happy to see such a low tide and relatively empty beach at #OgmoreBySea today, which was looking gorgeous in the sun.
Todays Dog #Walk took me up #PantMarieFlanders named after a Flemish weaver who moved to the area in the early sixteenth century, fleeing religious persecution . She reputedly lived in the now ruined cottage seen in the first picture and would have collected water from the pictured well, The final picture shows the view down the valley and back over #MerthyrMawr sand dunes
