My second "weekend walkabout" was at the Ogden Nature Center North in North Ogden on Sunday. My wife and our kids hiked along the Quail Trail. The entire loop is less than a mile and my iPhone reported only 15 feet of elevation gain on that one.

My first of two "weekend walkabouts" was a short hike along the Bonneville Shoreline Trail with my brother on Saturday. It was less than a mile with just over 100 feet of elevation gain as I ease back into being more active again.
