Hey #media folks - this includes all you #Youtube #Creators

Stop labeling the "sub" as the Titanic Sub. That is 100% invalid. It was a destination. The Titanic had nothing further to do with that company.

#OceanGateTitan is what you are looking for!

DO NOT allow that company to fade into the depths, because of your miss-naming it.

I will not experience your work (e.g. content) - because of your choice in naming.

Rachel Lance to Anderson Cooper

Carbon fiber material used in OceanGate Titan's hull is a series of layers of carbon fiber & epoxy. This is a material that has been used & tested before & is known to weaken over time.

Based on the photos I've seen, there's no indication that Titan had the structures required to keep it together for 96hrs. I'd be glad to see any photos that show it did.

I'm going to make a sad parallel between the Oceangate Titan incident and any of the hundreds of migrant vessels that have sunk, and it comes, of all places, from Star Trek: The Next Generation, season 1.

No statement yet from US Coast Guard. But here it is from the Explorers Club. #OceanGateTitan located in 2 debris fields 1600ft/500m from Titanic wreck, indicating it imploded before reaching the bottom. All 5 were lost before reported missing. https://twitter.com/ExplorersClub/status/1671967860866928641

The shit coming to light about #OceanGateTitan is really something.

Everyone is JUMPING on the fact that Titan is controlled by a wireless gaming controller. WE HAVE NO IDEA IF THAT'S THE PROBLEM! Using controllers in commercial applications is nothing new. It could be the controller is the problem... but it could also be 100 other things that could go wrong. Stop jumping to conclusions when you know nothing!
