As an Forensic Psychologist, I explicitly choose the free space. I am well-acquainted with rigid structures; Do offer an illusion of safety, but reality is rarely captured in a standard format.

Not the layout—but the "Sketch." It's for the single, inexplicable smallest element that creates friction. That's the key to the true dynamics. Meaning is found in application, not just confirmation. Everything else is just noise.
