Of all the shows my father watches on #ThehistoryChannel, the show about #OakIsland, which he was watching this morning, isn't so bad, I guess.

It's basically a bunch of "treasure hunters" blowing tons of money to dig up shillings or pieces of eight, but at least it it's NOT bullshitting us that aliens used to visit what is now #iSkinwalkerRanch for "the lulz," or allegedly building every ancient wonder NOT built by white people.

My father was always the #Skeptic of our family. One of the few childhood memories I still have is showing him a advertisement for a series of books about allegedly #paranormal phenomena, and him talking me out of it.
