Airplanista 🇺🇦Was strolling thru the Nov23 issue of @EAA Sport #Aviation Magazine (print FTW!) and enjoyed a short Member Central piece on page 114 by a young woman who flew to #OSH23 with her dad and camped. She gushed about the fine people she met in Camp Scholler. But the nugget for me came when she said they camped in Camp #Bacon and she even volunteered to help make the Jambalaya. I have been to that camp, she is spot on about it all. This is truly what aviation #avgeeks camaraderie is all about. (1/2)
My other oddity from last week: During #OSH23 I entered a drawing in one of the exhibit buildings for the Divisible Man book series. Not sure if it's really my thing or not, but hey, why not try it, right? So I didn't win. Or maybe I kind of did. This arrived on Friday.
