Laughing Kookaburra (Dacelo novaeguineae)

This fine bird came up on to our back deck looking for a handout. Which is strange, because we'd never seen the bird before, nor feed them, and they've never come back since. But still, they seemed to enjoy the little bit of meat they got (You aren't meant to feed them mince on a regular basis, but, this was a one off).
