Good morning. I am writing today's newsletter from my bed on about 5 hours sleep on account of a very late VIA train. I've returned for a short trip to Toronto where I attended the Ontario Library Association's annual conference. The conference theme was WE PERSIST and many sessions that

It was so thrilling to see folks using Mastodon in the wild at the #OLASC yesterday. It was the first time I've seen people (okay, **a** person) using the Fedi who I didn't convince to join. I guess if anywhere is going to have a bunch of Fedi people, it will be in the cyberattack sessions at a library conference.
