Two hours later, launch of the Viasat-3 Americas satellite (and a couple of smaller satellites) on Falcon Heavy to geo-sync orbit got scrubbed at T-00:00:59. Cause unknown. They will try again on Saturday at 7:29 p.m. EDT.

Wasteful #SATCOM like #Starlink will be used as an excuse to not install #FTTB /#FTTH...
That being said all Offerings - from #Eutelsat #tooway to #Iridium, #Inmarsat, #O3b, #Intelsat, #SESbroadband, etc. don't really aim at #B2C beyond the most desperate and affluent and only have a nieche for ocean-crossing ships and remote installations on the polar regions and as fallback when #3G / #4G / #5G and landlines are down.
