Had a really difficult meeting yesterday with my direct supervisor. Explained that my nursing staff feels used at times, and the assistance is usually not reciprocated.

I'm pushing back pretty strongly on areas where I can make positive and meaningful change to support my staff.

Pretty sure this is a new concept for senior leadership and they're possibly wondering why the hell they promoted me into this position. 😂 #Nurse #NurseLeadership
