Unfortunately my milk doesn't froth. I had a feeling it would not with just three ingredients. I would love to find my milk, but I'm not going to push my Quickie. It's batteries are around 3 years old and it's motors need TLC. I can use it, just not push it's limits. I'll reach out to #NuMotion and share what I'm learning plus to my Doctor's office so they know to look for the documentation coming
The day has arrived for #NuMotion. I sure hope it warms by 10 because we dipped into the 20s I had a hard time with sleep- either too cold, too warm, or my neighbor's unwinding upstairs. I think he works late. It's not noisy stuff I don't think. I just am too intune to the vibrations. I know how thin the walls are after how easily my footrest went through the laundry wall. I'm up and plan on staying inside.
I had to use vertigo alley as I call the route by sidewalk to our garbage area because the entire lower end is flooded. I'm sure glad I got a reschedule done for #NuMotion because there's no way I would have kept the appointment under these circumstances
I shouldn't have to tell every unskilled #NuMotion employee who within NuMotion to contact. I'm sick of it. I need to look at my choices on Medicare site to get out of further working with #NuMotion but after my last experience, I'm not eager
Oh my goodness! My #NuMotion fun continues. They booked an appointment without interpreter because Passport wants a billing phone number. This person tells me I have to handle that! Are you kidding me. #Global doesn't work! I need one employee working with me. Unfortunately I'm not allowed to do anything with Passport because I'm not a business. They are set up so you can't even hire an interpreter for a social event you are doing. It is too restrictive for a reason- to prevent us from paying.
Oh my goodness this #NuMotion employee needs to crawl under a rock and give me someone who has dealt with me before.
What part of I communicate by email didn't she get? Cell number- nope LOL
I went into the shop one time a couple years ago- it was a fiasco! It's a very long ride, then a long rough wheel amd their accessible bathroom was broken. I also wound up with sores. And she expects me to go into shop- not even knowing why I have this appointment. I have no idea what Ray ordered. Tbc
I am so tired of explaining to #NuMotion that if they want to communicate with me, they need to email me. No I am not going to call you. IMO this global nonsense is stupid. These people think they can arrange everything from across the USA or another country NEWSFLASH you can't! I just jeed one person that communicates about my orders. Sigh
Some idiot at #NuMotion created an in shop appointment for me for who knows what like tomorrow! I don't think so! I never do in shop appointments and I wouldn't be doing any appointment with them even here this week. Did in shop once and got sores because they don't even have spare / demo wheelchairs for customers to be in while waiting for their wheelchair to be returned
The way #NuMotion is doing these appointments is unprofessional. They scheduled the interpreter for 9 to 12 but couldn't actually tell me when the tech would even leave the shop so she's sitting out in her car with us wasting time. She's been doing that for nearly an hour. Until they went global it was coordinated so much better. The tech was here when the interpreter schedule began. I'm not a fan of the global approach obviously
Good Morning- this is wheelchair makeover day. After waiting since early June we finally have parts. I'm honestly not so sure all the delay blame lays upon the manufacturers. Afterall some parts are now very much inconsistent with the chair that was built thanks to the mess #NuMotion created by ordering a wheelchair that was, about 95% plus wrong in it's components and rather than starting over and calling it a demo they decided to do a rebuild that in some ways is very obviously flawed
