I opened a ticket for the fencing that must have been put around this tree when they knocked down the police station. Which was many years ago.

They sent the ticket to the parks department, who said the library owned the parking lot.

So they opened a ticket with the library, who emailed me to let me know BPS owned the lot, and they had informed me them.
