So you are stuck with Controlled Opposition like SumUp (tho they explicitly ban donations and non-profits per ToS, so good luck finding any payment processor who does and isn't run by some christofascist assholes!) and/or negotiating something with like NowPayments, which can do automated off-ramp so you don't need to touch any shitcoins yourself but get fiat.
