Das einzig schlechte an den Verträgen mit #Moderne und #Novovax ist, dass sich das #BAG so lange gegen deren Offenlegung gewehrt hat.
Die #Schweiz braucht eindeutig mehr #Transparenz und deshalb ein #Transparenzgesetz mit deutlich weniger Ausnahmen als das #Öffentlichkeitsgesetz.
Today it has been one week since i got my #Novovax vaccine and i think it is now safe to say, that i have no side effects (besides some minor pain in the arm where the shot was administered). This was not the case every time i got a #mRNA vaccine or booster, on the contrary. My reactions went from bad to worse.
Since the Swiss agency responsible (#SwissMedic) fucked up the approval process, we had to travel 400 km and i had to endure many sleepless nights worrying if i would receive it.
Bisher kaum Nebenwirkung von der Impfung mit #Novovax, was mit #mRNA bisher nie der Fall war, im Gegenteil, die letzteren haben jeweils meine #LongCOVID Symptome verschlimmert. Drückt mir die Daumen. 🤞
So far i have no side effects from the Novovax vaccination, which was not the case with mRNA, on the contrary, the latter re-triggered my #LongCOVID symptoms. Wish me luck that it stays like that.

Dude impft gegen #COVID19, verlangt den zweieinhalbfachen Preis, aber Maske tragen findet er dann sei eine Zumutung.
Finally after months of asking i was told about some pharmacies in Germany where they vaccinate #Novovax, but for the first one i checked all dates are booked until well into 2025. I now have a date in another pharmacy, where they do not guarantee if they will have it in house.
Even though i kept asking on every platform for people to tell me if they hear anything, no one did. Every one looking out for their own ass. This is vaccination darwinism.
I could scream.
And before people freak out, here's what i plan to do.
In December i will try to get a #Novovax shot in a neighboring country, #Germany or #France. I was told Novovax should be available then in Germany.
If anyone can confirm, please tell me.
If it won't be possible, i will reconsider my risk assessment with an eye on case numbers in #Switzerland. Maybe i will get a mRNA shot, but kicking & screaming. The side effects after the last booster were inacceptable & i don't do well with worries.
My partner is getting her booster today. For weeks i have been trying to convince myself to get one as well. If they offered #Novovax i would not hesitate one second, but they only have mRNA. So i went back and forth about it over many sleepless nights.
My last booster did not go well. At all. It set me back almost to the start of my #LongCovid, symptoms i had thought I had overcome were back. It took me until last summer to get back to baseline.
So it's a no. Sucks. But it feels too risky.

Die Schweiz verpennt ein weiteres Mal den #Novovax-Impfstoff (sie schreiben: Verzicht auf Zulassung) und eine #mRNA wage ich nicht noch einmal (hatte starke Crashes, denke wegen #LongCOVID).
Deshalb Frage in die Runde:
Wer kann mir weiterhelfen mit dem Novovax-Impfstoff in #Deutschland:
- Gibt es eine Website wo ich den Stand der Zulassung sehe?
- Wie finde ich Praxen, möglichst in Süddeutschland, in denen Novovax auch vorhanden ist?
