CMF's referral program allows you to make a code, which you can share to earn points. At the end of the program, the top 50 on the leaderboard will win CMF by Nothing products.
Besides the obvious security issue, referral programs have a problem, since people sharing links may not want you to purchase the best product, as they're incentivized with receiving products themselves.

To no one's surprise (I hope), Nothing and CMF are just as bad and shitty as all other phone brands on the market, and they can't be trusted, even in terms of sustainability, or even honesty.
According to Telegram group Tech & Leaks zone (t.me/techleakszone), where I saw this, "popular Twitter tech influencers have been getting compensation (2000-5000 INR/24-60 USD, based on their reputation and reach) for posting positive reviews about the CMF Phone (1).
The creators were discouraged from marking these posts as advertisements by being paid less.
An agency working for Nothing wanted these posts to be about the Dimensity 7300 being the most powerful chip in the price range, fully ignoring the more powerful Dimensity 7200 found in IQOO Z9.
