Lol. AI is simply not ready for the spotlight, and I am convinced it is a useless transfer of wealth.

My kids' soccer teams each pay for a subscription to a company called Trace. We, the parents, set up a tall camera with 180 degrees of view at the beginning of each game, it records the game, and then it uploads the videos to a system, largely AI, that puts together a game tape, follows individual players, and puts together highlights. It also allows us to put together highlights of their games, best plays, etc. and send them to friends and family.

Tonight my wife noticed a new button - Top Ten Goals (AI)! She clicked on it, and watch ten different plays from my son's team. Exactly one of them was a goal. One didn't even have him in the frame. Two were throw ins from the sideline, and 2 were him playing defense!

Her comment: "Well, my job putting together reels for my son is safe!"
