sunflowerinrainThe next veg box from #Crowdfarming contains another giant cabbage. There was still some of the last one in the freezer, so today was Cabbage Pie Day (Yay!). It was delicious, but would have been better if I hadn't forgotten to add the black pepper and Marmite.
I made a Thing. A Foodthing. Don't know what to call it.
8 Windfall peaches from neighbour partially baked in very-low-sugar 2-egg-yolk custard.
Cake dough[0] on top; microwaved 5 minutes.
Ate a bowlful for breakfast with somewhat aged yoghourt.
[0] 2 egg whites + 1 egg, beaten with a little sugar and sunflower oil. Some flour and baking powder folded in[1].
[1] Wish I'd measured the baking powder, was a bit too much.
