Okay, this turned out really well.

I cooked some #JerkTofu to go along with the #Caribbean-inspired #BeansAndRice I cooked a few days ago. I deglazed the pan with #Pineapple, added some #VeganButter, and let it reduce in its juices.

Holy soybeans, was it delicious.

All of these things together form a #Jamaican #Jerk #Tofu #Bowl.
