He announced an active expansion of military cooperation between the countries.

#Belousov said the "comprehensive strategic partnership treaty" between #Russia and the #DPRK is "aimed at reducing the risk of war in #Northeast_Asia."

In reality, it looks like #Putin sent #Belousov to #Korea to beg for more soldiers and equipment.
