Partner and I had a nice picnic at Constable Chelsea Robinson Park today, just west of #Edmonton and south of #StonyPlain on the #NorthSaskatchewanRiver.

Much of the river here is very shallow and easy to wade, and surprisingly warm on this sunny day. It's very rocky, though, so a bit hard on bare feet - recommend bringing shoes you don't mind getting wet.

And because I like rocks, I kept scanning the bed for fun-looking ones, and found this big hunk of petrified wood!
