I always find graffiti neat. Yea it's often there unsanctioned and illegal. But it's a thing.

I was at an event at the Philadelphia Youth Basketball center and this was outside in the parking lot on a neighboring building, that I later learned was going to be knocked down to expand the PYB's footprint and mission!
