Fenton Tower is a historic tower located near North Berwick in East Lothian, Scotland. It is a striking example of a Scottish tower house, which were common defensive structures built in the late medieval period. The tower is situated in a picturesque countryside setting, surrounded by fields and woodlands. At the side of Fenton Tower is Fenton Lodge which is where we stayed whilst in North Berwick.

North Berwick is a charming coastal town located in East Lothian, Scotland, approximately 25 miles east of Edinburgh. It sits on the southern shore of the Firth of Forth, offering picturesque views of the sea and surrounding countryside.

It has a rich history dating back to medieval times. It was originally a fishing village and later became a popular seaside resort during the Victorian era when rail travel made it more accessible.
