My elderly grandmother is having increasing difficulty forming words and speaking. I made her a communication device.
It's 4 double-sided sheets, laminated, containing 8 groupings of Grandma's most common requests. When she is unable to talk, she can point to her directive in order to communicate her needs to her caregivers.
Alternately, she can plan ahead using a whiteboard marker. 🌸
