XTC release their follow-up to Oranges & Lemons on April 27, 1992. Gus Dudgeon (yes, he of Elton John Fame) produced this lush album, mostly written by Andy Partridge using a keyboard rather than guitar. That explains the "baroque" arrangements that set the tone for the album.
