Read this story yesterday.

Absolutely devastating and a warning to all social justice orgs+companies in the US: the Trump government will absolutely use every tool in its toolbox to crush your spirit and mission. Especially if your mission benefits anyone they classify 'undesirable' for their white ethnostate.

What the DOJ, EEOC, *and* FTC literally *fabricated* in order to force Diversity Lab to promise NOT to make law firms and legal programs less all-white and male is stunning. Their demands, even more so.

My org has demanded programmatic relief from entities we've sued or settled with. What we haven't done is lie about that entity in order to effectuate that programmatic relief.

The current FTC? Lied. Straight up.

For social justice orgs: I have no advice except to assume bad faith as soon as this admin turns its eye on you. Get your donors and legal counsel in order and prep your staff.
