Made some pork meatballs the other day, and had a load left over. So I cooked up a tomato, bacon and mascarpone sauce, chopped up the meatballs and threw them in, and cooked up a load of pasta... sprinkled some grated cheddar over the top because I had no mozzarella or parmesan.

#BadPicsOfFood today was a bit of a sunday roast.
Sliced roast chicken breast , filling a yorkshire pud, sxage and onion stuffing, cauliflower cheese with a sauce so thick you could carve it. Honey roast carrots and parsnips, marrowfat peas and of course. roast potatoes.
All smothered in gravy.
