Quand je me suis intéressé sérieusement à la photographie, au début de mon adolescence, il y avait des noms qui me faisaient rêver parce qu’ils étaient associés à des expéditions incroyables, au dépassement de soi, à l’approche de sites inatteignables pour le commun des mortels. Ainsi, le nom de Pierre Tairraz propulsait tout un public vers la beauté des sommets et des aventures humaines extraordinaires.
