T_XHrmpf, so there is a #PIM #multicast peering between @ffhl an the #Nobreakspace (and transitivlely to two more dn42 people) now. But the more you look the more things look broken...
An initial #PIM #multicast peering was added to the #Nobreakspace / @chaotikumev on #dn42. The #BGP multicast channel approach works great. And receiving an audio stream from three hops away on an ethernet port in the hackspace worked like charm. Only receiving it on the hackspace WiFi with default #OpenWrt settings was really choppy. It's not yet as optimized for that as it is on our #Freifunk Wifi at @ffhl ;-).
@txt_file @EUCommission I might be a bit biased when I read monorail though, got this Lego one for Christmas as a child. When I unboxed that I was sooo excited. And had so much fun with it :D.

@vibechen eigentlich schon. Früher hatten wir uns immer viel bei den @ffhl treffen dazu ausgetauscht, aber da kommt leider schon lange niemand mehr, auch nicht durch's ändern auf quartalsweise. Den Austausch vermisse ich etwas.
War auch am überlegen, vll. mal einen #dn42 Vortrag mit anschließendem Workshop beim #Nobreakspace zu machen. Weil man mit dn42 ja auch eine Menge praxisnah lernen+experimentieren kann. Hatte da letztens dn42 wieder eingerichtet und wollte da mit #multicast weiter machen.

bokDelete trailing spaces on saving a file? Fine, #KDEKate. But don't delete trailing spaces when I use a #NoBreakSpace.
I write text in the editor and then paste it in sites, and two of the sites I do that on have been updated to delete blank lines. The only way to preserve them is to put a #HardSpace on the line that's supposed to be blank.
If I unthinkingly hit Ctrl+S to save the file after I've methodically inserted a bunch of non-breaking spaces, they vanish. That's annoying.
I really wish you were better, #Kate. Please give me the abilities I had in The Semware Editor on Windows. Abilities you lack, least annoying of the Linux text editors I've tried.
@toxicity for the thousands time, people, please cleanup the workshop at the #Nobreakspace after you use it! Otherwise things like that happen... :D
@1337core eine größe fehlt dir glaube ich noch in deinem Kasten ;-).
Dieser liebe schwarz-weiß A0 Plotter im #Nobreakspace des @chaotikumev hier in Lübeck sucht übrigens noch immer ein neues zu Hause. Er kann z.B. tolle, riesige Ausmalbilder ausspucken.
(Wir haben hier mittlerweile einen bunten A0 Plotter, daher ist der nun leider über.)
